I have been purchasing lots for my company since 2013. each box there is at least one defective item.

so I keep dumping it in the recycling bin rather I would spend shipment cost to ship each back to BattDepot Company. This time I tried to keep total 4 different defective batteries and chargers in 4 different invoices. I marked and tested all those laptops (more laptops in my office) with different batteries and chargers to make sure 100% those defective ones. I shipped them back for them to exchange.

their technician would tell a lie that those batteries and chargers are not defective.. Then they agreed to exchange (Not ship those defective items back)..when I received back 4 items. all are the same defective batteries and chargers...if I keep shipping back I have to pay shipment cost the same what I have. so I prefer to dumping in the recycling bin...

I believe they have been doing this way to lots of customers so that their customers will give up...

I emailed them to let them know how they are cheating customers. For sure, they don't really care about what you complain about.

So I wish government of Canada would take an investigation of their business and products and services...

I also went on BBB to view all complaints and the same what they did...

I didn't like: Bad product, Bad service - cheating, Unethic in business, Bad or lazy technician - not enough knowledge to test.
